The second CD bears subsequently the Title "Moment of Truth Pt.2".
The cover is the same like on their first cd, but the colours of it and the cd were changed to the first release from 2013. Again the youngsters have chosen 2 covers (Stampede by The Scarlets) and Tiki Torcher by The Tiki Men.
The remaining 4 tracks are originals by the band The West Samoa Surfer League:
My favorites are Stampde and Welcome To Malibu.
For order information please contact their drummer Falko Tomaszek at:

In Germany the price is 6.50 € incling postage, to countries outside of the EU it will be a little higher I guess. Please support these youngsters by buying their beautiful cd and we will hopefully get more output by these guys.
If you don´t know how they sound please check it on Youtube, search for Surfer Joe Summer Festival 2015.

The 427's are pleased to announce the release of their full-length album Mavericks on Stingray Sounds. The new album refines the "surf noir" style of their debut EP, continuing to be influenced by film noir, tattoos, motorcycles, and hot rods. Joining guitarists Rob Day and Chris van Keir in promoting the album are new bassist Eve Hell and new drummer Lorne Petersen, who both previously played in rockabilly/psychobilly band Eve Hell & the Razors. Mavericks is available for immediate download and streaming from www.the427s.com.

Recorded over three days in 2008, Only 'Verb Can Break Your Heart has been long gestating for a physical release having previously only received a hushed digital release in 2013.
While appearing to flirt with a multitude of genres, the LP's songs were written only with big melodies in mind. Double-picking, counterpoint, trumpets, acoustic guitars, and lots of reverb create the distinct sound of Only 'Verb Can Break Your Heart.
Available for purchase on theverb.bandcamp.com/merch
The allbum is pressed on 160gm vinyl and contains a free .wav download.

I'm sad to report that Lucky Joe's Tiki Room in Milwaukee will be closing its doors this Saturday, October 30. While short lived, the bar was highly regarded in the Tiki scene. In fact, The Revomatics were the "unofficial" house band for the bar playing to enthusiastic capacity audiences. I'm told the owners accepted an offer on the building that was just too good to pass up. Hopefully, they'll reopen Lucky Joe's at another location in the near future.
We will definitely miss this venue. It was a great place to perform at! Good cocktails too!
