I'm pretty sure if I had Youtube as a kid I would a 100% better player now. A great way to find different technique and the hidden mysteries of certain songs.
Yes, Youtube is a great resource, I use it all the time and it really helps.

I've been spending some time fiddling around with Maj7, Augmented and Diminished chords and scales...and it's tripping me out! |

NICE! I'd love to hear it when it's done. I've always wanted to do an instro medley of "(Remember) Walkin' in the Sand" by the Shangri-la's and "You Don't Have to Say You Love Me" by Dusty Springfield, |

A space tune with lots of synth called Surfin to Europa. Its funny, cause I've had these two stupid non surf acoustic grooves that have been driving me nuts. But then, I put them together and the senergy groove is pretty cool...and reminds me of some old CCR song. I put it up, but will take it down to work on it some more. —Shoot the Pier on Bandcamp My Country EP ... Florida Dirt Fire My French Love Songs ... I really needed a change... |

Im learning Mr.Moto but i desperately want a backing track as im a home player only and play reasonably well. The tunes seem so empty without backing. I have been considering for a couple of months now whether The Sparks's This Town Aint Big Enough would make a good Surf tune. Cheers |
