This link from Amazon shows 3 places with the Surf Green Jag in stock (allegedly). I'm going to go for Olympic White. I've never had a Jaguar, so it's time to experiment!

And here's on on eBay:

What a small world! Leitz Music put a surf green Jaguar in the mail to me on Friday. A month or two back, I contacted various Fender dealers trying to learn when these were going to be available. Chris Leitz was the only one who really spent some time with me. I gave him the links to the photos and he checked with his distributor. He told me late June or early July, he expected to get some. Then he shot me an email to let me know that he would be getting his first shippment in on that coming Friday (last Friday). I bought one from him. His staff called me on Friday to check the details with me. Then called back when the put it in the mail to me. Great guy to work with.

None of the (2) local places have any, but both said today that June sales were better than expected, so they're low on product. The local GC had three Jags, all HH types.

The Sam Ash salesman just called and said the car jag was in stock at Fender and should be in my hands in 2-3 weeks. I'm anxious!

I got my Surf Green Jag today and I put New strings on her and gave her a go. From a fit and finish standpoint, I could not find anything wrong with mine. It was very well constructed and I really liked the fret board. It is much darker and more oily then my CP jag. Pups are hotter in the Squier then in my CP Jag. I had a problem with my CP Jag and sent it to Fender to be fixed. High frets , but they fixed it and it plays great now. The Squier I like the action. Low and fast for an offset. The bridge is a little tricky and I have some buzzing and I know this is common with the regular Jag bridge VS the TOM that is on the CP. The Pups have a lot of clears and treble and then good Bite with medium distortion. I have the Fender FLOOR pedal and get a good amount of feedback with heavier distortion . For $299, I think it is a great guitar and just needs a little tweaking to be a superstar of value.Picks are not greatest but you will get the ideaYour text to link here...

Nah, that's cool. I was just curious. I ordered it on Saturday and got the email order confirmation. I checked today but no order is listed. I'm hoping it's because Fender hasn't shipped the Mustangs yet.

I'm in the same boat. Email confirmation but nothing on my account showing my order.

Hello all,
Another dealer has listed a new Squier surf green Jaguar on ebay.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Fender-Vintage-Modified-Jaguar-Surf-Green-NEW-MODEL-FREE-SHIPPING-/140795134458?pt=Guitar&hash=item20c80b41fa
That is the Guitar Hacienda in League City, Texas. (I don't know anything about this shop. I have never dealt with them)

Thx cambeezy.
Anyone could recommend me a new bridge for this jag? I don't want to get the warmoth, since it got this little screws for hight adjustment, which I dislike a lot. Is there something like a mustang bridge for 9.5 fretboard radius?

I looked on Musicians Friend for these. So far they have them listed, but the Jazzmaster has a photo of the Jaguar on its page.

talking about new squier Fender guitars...A friend of mine who was perusing his local music store in Connecticut came across this brand new line of guitars. Anybody here of them?
Hi Howie. I went to a local music store this past weekend and saw a new line of guitar called K-Line. Made in the USA, they have a Jazzmaster-style model, and below is some information about the guitar.

K-Lines are excellent and very expensive, priced about mid-way between Fender AVRI and Custom Shop Guitars. Expect to pay up to $2,400 more or less for one, depending on model. I like them a lot, but would have to sell all my guitars to buy just one.
