Thanks!
My amp's not listed - it's a Fender Custom Shop Dual Professional (no
longer in production), which is like a Blonde Twin with a Reverb Tank
on the front end (built into the amp) or can also be though of as a
Vibro King with 4 power tubes.
It is a very robust amp with massive power and output transformers.
For most gigs it's plenty loud and clean with the single JBL K120 I
mounted in the cabinet (I blocked off the other speaker hole since
the amp comes with 2 - 12" Celestion V30's from the factory). For
outdoor gigs I make a "surf stack" and put the amp on top of a mid
60's Bandmaster cab loaded with one K120 and one ElectroVoice EVM12.

Here here Ferenc,
there is one great Surf Drummer there. Then 2 guys that dabble
in that area, and one guy that was in a rock band.
I would have to revise the list to choose from.
Dusty Watson
Rico Veel(Surf Kings)
Jimbo Sherba(insect Surfers)
Jeremy (?last name)-(Pollo Del Mar)
Adrien Anthony(Chum-Insect Surfers-Moby Dicks)
The last one may be a bit prejudiced, but I do think he is really
good.
Jeff(bigtikidude)
p.s. Yeah, fess up who is doin' all the polls. I think I have an Idea

Sorry, when I think of really good drummers, It's gotta be someone
I've seen live. Kinda hard to get a feel for how good someone really
is, just from studio tracks. IMO. Guess I was wrong on my Idea.
I thought it was the Dude from Get Wet posting the questions.

Thank you. Jim Gallagher must be on the list, as should Ron Wilson. Hal Blaine
should have been the first thought as he played on more surf tracks than people
even know - anyone actually believe that's Richard Delvy on K-39? One cannot
forget Peter Hood of The Atlantics either - listen to the original version of
"The Crusher." Also Tim Fitzpatrick of the Lively Ones and Johnny Barbata of
The Sentinels.
If you want to include some contemporary types, obviously Dusty, but Jimmy
Lester, Janne Haavisto & Birdstuff need to be there as well - and those are just
the guys that go over the top. Then you have the phenomenal guys that just play
exceptional surf drums: Dave Kline, Normal aka Baron von Shimmy Shivers from
the Ghastly Ones, Teddy Pilgrim, Doug Hoekstra (Space Cossacks), Shig, Dan
Israel (early Boss Martians) & many others.
