wow thanks Joel,
that really means a lot to me.
I have really tried to make it a multi faceted event.
not just a show with bands playing.
I just wish more people who said they were coming in March and April
were still coming.

Wow BTD, am I glad I saw your posting on where to eat! I stay hungry and I plan on being hungry when I get to California. I'll try and con Karol K into HoDads for lunch after we arrive on Friday in SD. And yes, we must go take over a Tiki bar after the shows on Sunday. We could drag in a few amps too and really take the place down.............
This time Friday morining I should have JM #1 safely stored in the overhead compartment and we'll be in the air.............GO WEST.........OLD DUDE!

5.4 but pretty strong. It was a shallow, 7 mile deep quake about 30 miles from us. Being in a 3-story building on the 3rd floor while it's swaying is a bit....eye-opening. I bet the folks in the high-rises in LA were even more wide awake. Yowza.

Shake N Bake
Preliminary information from the U.S. Geological Survey estimated the quake at magnitude 5.8, centered 29 miles southeast of downtown Los Angeles near Chino Hills in San Bernardino County. Ten aftershocks occurred in the next dozen minutes, including three estimated at 3.8, and the U.S. Geological Survey estimated the quake was about 8 miles below the earth's surface.

I thought 100's of Fender guitar bodies were going to crash down on my head.... lots of screaming, and diving under benches... we all was 'a runnin' outside!
