Are you planning on playing guitar during the Saturday Lunch Time Jam? If you need a 2nd guitarist, bass player or drummer let me know, and what tune you’d want to play.

PM sent.

Saturday Lunch Time Jam, a few ideas.
Throughout the years, I’ve tried to keep track of the most common cover tunes played at Jam events. SLTJ is to hang loose and to have fun. It’s a time that we can play covers, mix and match players. Look over the list and see what is missing.

I'm definitely up for playing "Hotline" with y'all. Maybe "Jack the Ripper" too.

I've been grumbling to my self for weeks knowing that I wouldn't be able to make it to this thing. And now I've suddenly been enlisted for an expenses-paid trip to Durham starting the 3rd of.... June! Argh Gah, so close! Oh cruel fate. Everyone else have a blast, it looks like a great time!

That's kinda like the universe kicking you square in the nuts and then pointing and laughing at you.

Bummer, man. Maybe next year!

Wooza! great to see you post. Long time no see! ed

Traditional........speak softly and play through a big blonde amp. Did I mention that I still like big blonde amps?

I'm already at the Duke Tower Hotel. Nice place. Fridge, oven, microwave. Surrounded by one-way streets. There's a grocery store around here someplace, but I found a Papa John's just up from all the restaurants. If you plan to have drinks and food in your room for breakfast and such, you should get it before you come into the university area. I drove around a while and didn't find anything but what I already mentioned.

Oh yeah. There's this large neon sign on the upper story of a building near here: ReverbNation.

There are some luggage carts scattered about. The office closes at 9 PM so don't lose your key after that, or try to check in for that matter.

That's all for now.

This is Noel. Reverb's at maximum an' I'm givin' 'er all she's got.

There's a grocery store around here someplace,

Noel, once you get back to Main Street, (where Papa Johns is) take a right. When you reach Swift Avenue, you'll see a shopping center on the right--there's a Whole Foods Market there. Expensive, but it's close.

I'm about to hit the hay so's I'll be able to finish up work at my day job and get over to the Casbah by 3pm to set things up. See everybody soon.

Have lots of fun guys. I wish I could be there. Good luck Crispy! Get some sleep, I'm sure you are going to need it!

Be at one with the universe. If you can't do that, at least be at one with your guitar.

It's kind of nice to just live two hours away from the Instro Summit!
