New topic to discuss... Favorite obscure cd's or just bands

Bob Steingraber (bobsteingraber) - 03 Nov 2005 00:29:12

How about the Cadillac Hitmen? Man, those guys are unbelievable!!!
They got that mysterious, spagetti western, surf, atmospheric thing
goin' on with kinduva a power blues/hard rock vibe. Their
latest, "Two in the Hat" is one of the best albums I've ever
heard!!! "Tri State Killing Spree", and " The Assassin" are amazing,
too. Has anybody out their heard Jeff Morris (Cadillac Hitman
guitarist)'s latest project "The Zuni Fetish Experiment"??? It's
supposed to be a Hendrix/Zappa/Surf fusion. Yikes!!!!

-Hey Bob,
yeah Cadillac Hitmen are really good. And not that I don't
like harder instro stuff. I was kinda perplexed by them in that I
like alot of their stuff at first, but as the songs go on, they
change from Spaghetti sounding to Davie Allen sounding.
Not that is horrible, but it would be nice if they just stayed
the same thruout the song.
I still need to get 2 in the Hat.
