...well, we hear it all the time on at SG101: Trad isn't
everything...I simply dig the cool creativity I find among
this crowd. I've heard it expressed here before about how
the "limitations" of surf instrumental genre really inspire
many new creative conurbations...I agree with the
sentiment. No matter how you approach it, "Trad",
"Psycho", "Experimental", "Techno"...whatever...when the
reverb's pumping out the rhythtm and melodic bliss and the
double-back-beat snare is driving...and the cymbals and
toms are rolling and crashing like the crazy boogie-board
waves down at the Wedge in Newport...
man, that's surf to me
