I'm with everyone else . . . I use D'addario chromes.
They last a long time and feel really good. I like
the 11's 'cuz I play surf, but would still like to be
able to bend. I like the flatwound g, and you
generally don't get that on any strings smaller than
11's. I find that these strings keep my jazzmaster
from having too much tone or being too bright. Not to
mention the fact that, if you're a real fan of the
vintage sound, flatwounds were the original strings on
the electric guitar (please let me know if I'm wrong,
but this is what I've always been told).
Use Chromes . . . Be one of Us.
