"Live in Japan '65," "The Fabulous Ventures," "Guitar Freakout" and "Batman
Theme" are all must-owns.
"Ventures in Space" has some really interesting production, but some of the
songs aren't that great. As others have said, though. if you're only going to
get one, get "Live in Japan '65."
The surf-instro hall of fame is a novel idea, but I guarantee there'd be a ton
of debate over which bands would get in, just like any other hall of fame.
