Too many Mosrite facsimiles use PAF 90 style pick-ups or humbuckers neither of
which acheive the Mosrite sound. Maybe a Wilson Bros is the way to go and then
swap out the pick-ups for Mosrite pick-ups found on Ebay. The Japanese copy
Mosrite pick-ups have the right sound and go for much less.

Isn't there a reasonble Mosrite facsmile that doesn't
have the issues that Mosrites have? My Yamaha SGV
neck is a bit tightly spaced for my tastes and makes
an MIJ Jag neck seem really roomy. Are the necks on
the Wilson Bros. guitars like that? I find that the
longer I play the more I like chunkier necks.
