What are you talking about? I have neither the webspace or the
knowledge to set up a web forum but Brian was willing to give it a
try if enough people supported the idea. As for personal preferences,
I do think the Yahoo list format is crap but the main reason I wanted
to see a web forum is because I believe it would attract more people
and attention to the scene.

hasn't been set up. Start that danged forum already and stop whining
to this list waiting for someone to do it for you. Set one up and
invite people. If it's as good a format as you say, after a while it
will be successful and will benefit surf music in the long run. Until
you do, you're just as into your own preferences / problems as any of
us.
