Ok all songs are in the key on the record, except for Penetration,
which is known to be played in F# but Carol and I know that.
is there any other questions or things that need to be brought up?
If one of the guys from Outterwave wants post the keys please do

Jeff,
Has a schedule of events, agenda or timeline been roughed out? I would venture to guess that not all of the attendees will be able to be there for the entire day.
7 hours, 6 bands, the all-star jams, swap meet-and-great...It might be good to have some sort of a published schedule, yes?
Did you solve the name tag issue? Stormtiger's design is cool! Is he printing a bunch of these with blank spots for us to fill in our names? An estimate of how many will will attend would be good, so we'll have enough for everybody...the extras could go on eBay after the event!
Stormtiger
I like Ferenc's idea. I found lanyards for 38¢ and pockets for 33¢. The name tag could be printed at home (or work) . Very affordable, I'll chip in.
Could print this (also available in Strat and Mosrite to show your preference) and leave space for the name below:
image
If the actual cost per tag is a buck or so, you could charge a bit more for them ($5?) and put the profit into the "tip jar"...for the bands that have to travel great distances to attend!
Keep up the good work!

Jeff,
There are 30 tunes on the list...in this order (alphabetically)...
That's a lot of tunes, and line-up changes...will this "Jam" be towards the end of the day? Should be exciting!!!
All of the planets will need to align to make this work...even Pluto, right Dave Arnson? ![Laughing Laughing](/media/smiley/images/icon_lol.gif)

I have tossed out the lanyard and badge holder idea because of cost. I'm going to print the design on sticky tags instead. I would rather put $60 in the tip jar than spend it on name
tags. If anyone thinks we need the badge holders PM me, there is still time.

Jeff,
figure 2 & 1/2 hours to get through 30 songs. Even though the songs are short, you have to allow 2-3 minutes for change over.

I have thought about this too. I propose that this be a plug in and play, no extra pedals, and assign a stagehand to have the next player tuned and ready to go. With 30 people changing pedals and tuning it could take an extra half hour.

I think y'all should make it into a 30 song medley, with no breaks in between. Like a dance marathon. Then take bets as to which guest screws up first & the winner gets a Jag. Is there an emoticon for a rimshot?

Jeff, relax it will be a great time. Lots of people are going to have a blast and I'm sure people will help you so you don't have to police the whole event.
