Mom Surfing - I like the blue one with the spheres. Is that kind of fabric readily available where you are or is it new old stock or something?

i've been finding a lot of retro 50's fabrics. i kind of like the old formica style prints.

Ah. Like the boomerang and starburst patterns?

What I do miss is seeing that fabric with the print that repeats every couple of feet, and was intended specifically for making dashikis out of, much like this one:

They had the greatest mix of colours, back in the day.

when i was in high school i used to make dashikis for the store i worked for. i also made beaded, fringed leather vests. oh, so woodstock.
