That double neck guitar thread around here somewhere made me think of Deke Dickerson. I think at one of those Guitar Geek gatherings, anyone who showed up with a double neck guitar got in free, because they were going for the record of the most such guitars on one stage at one time! I loved the whole hillbilly-excess-kitch of that idea.
That is a great line up. I'm a closet steel guitar fan, and seeing the incredible Jeremy Wakefield playing an original Bigsby steel would be worth the price of admission right there.

I'd love to see Teisco with that line up. Hopefully Deke will release a DVD of this one. Any word on a DVD release of the last 2 years?

Hopefully the last 2 years shows dvds will be ready when the show happens this year, but I dont know.
I'd say e-mail him and ask.
I have the 1st and 2nd and they are kinda rough, but killer playing by everybody.

Yup, my bad. It says on myspace that was NAMM 2007. I guess she doesn't update her myspace that much.

No worries man,
Ironically its the low point of the show for me.
even growing up as a metal head.
those shredders just bore the hell out of me.
hopefully the Mandolin guy will be kinda cool??????

The motel six was too much, so we got a place at the motel 3 3/4.
