I told Jeff that they could play "the last song" at my funeral and I would consider it most fitting. Not every band has heart felt music. The last song is full of emotion to me. Top

Then I have to explain and the follow up is usually, "What is Surf Music? Like the Beach Boys?" It's kinda cool turning people on to this style of music. Keep doing what you guys are doing Jeff. It's time to re-up the ante again cuz along with being one of the most innovative instro bands, their fearless leader has been a real encouragement to me and my band which, is one and the same thing. Very early on in my exploration of surf Jeff said some nice things about my noisy sounds that really helped to fuel my ambition. Actually complimented my use of reverb!
