Our next gig is at Jilly's Music Club in downtown Akron and it will be our CD release party with Surfer Rex and The Del Rios. Doc from The Beyonderers will be there but they could not play this gig. There may be a large Ohio surf show in August in Akron also. Looks like your band's hard work and dedication to the genre is paying dividends. You guys should really consider wearing some sort of outfits, suits or something. What I said about how good the surf community is to it's brethren, fans and music in general is on display in this thread! Danny and Las have great ideas so we are currently studying our stage appearance and have hired a consultant. That interview is full of quotables. My favorite that inspired getting the "Mute" button installed at the local gas station's pumps - "Pop is just a meal of empty calories."
