Whether I can attend or not, a massive thanks and respect to BTD Jeff for his dedication to bringing in another convention. The fact is, the excitement and conversation that these conventions bring to this forum keeps bringing individual surf musicians/enthusiasts to this site to engage in a variety of discussions - even those not directly pertaining to the convention. Even though only a very small percentage of the community makes it to the event, the event in fact supports the notion of this being a global community. (man, I hope that makes sense to others!). —Lorne |
