I really like it. I do not have spring tank or can not carry amp, so it's a great solution. However, as mentioned by many users, it's not the most authentic sounding reverb, more like a bit of reverb/slapback. But I do not care about "authentic sound", because true authentic sound is only a real tank. And what I like about topanga, it sits well in mix, and feels great to play with it, very dynamic pedal. |

I only use slapback delay pedal in studio but for the gig I never use any pedal, too lazy to bring pedal on stage since bring tube reverb is already heavy — |

Yeah, great guitar. Japan fender start '54 with soft V-shape, and shell pink color. It's really worn, but lightweight and feels great. I set fat 50s pickups. On the next week I'll change frets, tuners and wiring with Emerson pre-wired kit and do some better photos of this guitar. I hope, that then it would be even better. |

Morley mini volume, AMD Japanese Girl Wah, EHX East River Drive, Shoe Robert, Mesa Throttle Box, EQD Terminal fuzz, Digitech Mosaic, Alexander Calavera phaser, Hammond Leslie, Catalinbread Adineko, Catalinbread Belle Epoch, Catalinbread Topanga. I'm just a basement player right now and goofing off. Despite all that crap on the board, I use the Adineko, Belle Epoch, Topanga, (Catalinbread whore!) and East River Drive the most through a Fender '68 Custom Deluxe Reverb. —Either you surf, or you fight. |

Been updating and downsizing! My latest set up from last night in running order:
Oh fuzz and reverb normaly don't combine very wel, but my Carcosa and the Surfybear sound like a transgender wedding party: a match (not) made in heaven but oh so sexy! Fuzzy & Wild! —www.alohasluts.com Last edited: Sep 16, 2017 04:45:32 |

My pedals are divided up between a main pedalboard, a satellite pedalboard and a few just sitting on a table for my modular synth. |

Here's mine: Surf / Americana mostly. The Xotic SP (Compressor) I mostly use with my Fender XII (12-String) The Xotic Wah is the best I have ever used. King of Tone, Ventilator II, Echoplex, Scarab Deluxe Fuzz, SurfyTrem, etc. Last edited: Sep 17, 2017 12:24:19 |

My latest incarnation. Notice the blue pedal with the tiki head on it. This is a custom built clean boost based on the Bearfoot boost. This more than the EP Boost ignites drip and it's always on. Although the EP is a great boost it actually diminishes the drip the blue pedal creates. The metal box on the top left is a vintage phase 100 that I only use when playing crunch through my British stacks and not in my chain for surf. For guitar, just the bare essentials - backup reverb, analog delay, Tube Screamer and a tuner. For bass, usually no pedals depending on the amp. Occasionally I'll use a small board with a MXR compressor, Boss bass EQ, tuner. Works great with a Showman due to their limited EQ capabilities. The EQ has a boost slider as well. —Jack Booth The Mariners (1964-68, 1996-2005) |
