Oh man... That is rad. I could have been up there hanging out... Work was wretched today... Things went really awry, and I get to fix those thing...
Jake, it would have been a blast hang. Guitar shopping, chatting about geek stuff but for what it's worth, this being the first actual date of the tour everyone here has had a rough day except the band.
Crew guys work harder than all of us and make the whole thing go.
Next time my friend.
Cheers,
Jeff

And.....you could have played/gave a listen to an awesome Gibson L-Century I fell in love with up here.
Good price due to some foolery, refine top etc. But......what a wonderful sounding guitar. 1933 I think...
Alas - good price but still more than yours truly should spend.
I am plotting though.........

Jeff

is that shop in town or out in the zone? I vaguely recall looking for gitarz around Victoria when I visited back in 2006. Again, way cool guitar.
Reminds me of a 2 p'up Kay solidbody I bought at Arcata Plaza Flea Market for $15 w/ OSSC back in 1987. I see these on sale for several hundred now. How can this inflatio be explained? Are there suddenly so many more interested guitarists out there or is it just the inernet?
The Kay I customized with Tele bridge and wild paintjob with bright Plaka (casein) paint. I made a gift of it to my neice who apparently never learned to play. I wish I could get it back...
