Will you sell tickets at any of the shows leading up to the convention? I plan to make a couple of those but will most likely have to miss the convention.

Got 3 emails so far.
Come on people, we need some help this year.
Added cost of the venue is a hurdle we need to take care of.

Tom and I always buy 10 or so tickets for the guitar raffles, at the show.
This year will be no exception.

First, big Kudos to Paul; what a gesture!
Second, by all means folks, please feel free to drop all your tickets on the Strat.... just kidding. But that Eastwood is just cool looking.

Obviously the raffle guitars always take the center stage at the Surf Guitar 101 Conventions, however, keep in mind that there are many other wonderful prizes that can be won by purchasing raffle tickets! And rest assured, the odds are definitely in your favor! There are so many items available, chances are extremely good that you'll go home with at least one item! (just ask josh-e-boy, who seems to win everything! ;) )
This year, we are proud to offer the following prizes in addition to the guitars...
SURFY BEAR FET REVERB KIT - R4

This is NOT another solid state reverb! This is emulation of the 6G15 with analog FET technology using the same topology and principles as the original.
Basically, the tubes in the schematic are replaced with JFETS/MOSFETs and the output transformer with a current source. The circuit is all Class A, is optimized for a tube-like harmonic content and is using a standard 12V DC power supply adapter.
This beautiful new, R4 version of the revolutionary and critically acclaimed Surfy Bear FET Reverb kit was handed over in person by Bjorn at the Surfer Joe Summer Festival in June and hand-carried back to the USA for your raffle!

NOCTURNE DYNOBRAIN PREAMP PEDAL

A discreet Guitar Preamplifer based on the RE301's input preamp, couple this with your favorite echo or delay and you've got the dynamics and tone colors of the 301's gritchy punch. Loaded with the best components ( silver mica and metal film caps, vishay sprague electrolytics, 22 gauge bonded copper strand wiring,, xicon metal film resistors in the audio path, socketed Opamp, w/ all flying leads to full size Alpha pots and switchcraft jacks w/ hardwire true bypass.
Over $185 retail value!

So the raffle tix are $10 for the Eastwood, $20 for the Fender, is there an "Everything else" raffle, or tix separate for each item? How much for these?
Great prizes, awesome job to all the sponsors and especially Colt Surf.
