Hey everyone,
We've got a few, new, live videos posted to youtube and should have a few more over the upcoming weeks. I'll use this thread to post new ones (instead of starting a new thread) for anyone who's interested.
Hope you enjoy!

Thanks guys.
I love this tune.
Noel, Kiwamu is quietly working on the possibility of us playing in Japan.
I hope he can make it happen and I hope you're right.

Fabulous!

Nice playing, and that's one sweet Gretsch... white falcon, right? I'm really obsessing over that new Billy Duffy model, even though the bridge seems to be pretty hot. (Not that I can get one, I was just a huge Cult fan in the 80's, and I think the white and chrome with block inlays is gorgeous.)

Really cool to see a vid of "Surfin Simon"!

Jeff, you always look so happy when you're playing, and why wouldn't you be? Not many things more fun than playing for an audience.

I wish I could smile like that when I play. I usually look like I'm playing at a funeral even though underneath I'm having a blast. I guess it's because I'm so new at it that it takes all of my concentration to stay "between the ditches".

morphball, Thanks Man. we just saw The Cult here in Nashville, last month. Great show! I saw them a few years ago in Calgary, not so good. The band, yes. Ian, not so much BUT we all have bad gigs, right?
They kicked ass at this last show and Billy is such a rock star. That Duffy Falcon looks cool but man, they have to have gold on 'em for me. I love mine. It's a 2010ish LTV, Lacquer, TV Jones and it's so reliable, best Gretsch I've ever owned including a bunch of vintage ones.

Rob, I think we're going to re-record Surfin Simon for the next record. I did the original demo (on last year's SG10 comp) myself about nine years ago so it would be nice to do it with the band.
It is my main goal and my goal for the band to have fun.
I have a riot playing, especially at this point in my life. It's all for joy and I've always found that if the band "looks" like they are having fun (hopefully they are) the crowd picks up on that, instead of staring at our fretboards, thinking about execution or mistakes.........I'm not playing for guitar players or critics, just myself and anyone who will listen and I've learned, somehow, to be a much less harsh critic on myself while still aiming for betterment and musical enlightenment.
Enlightenment? Where the hell did I just go? LOL
Thanks for noticing and thanks for watching/listening.

I have never owned one (out of my budget, even used), but I've heard from many owners that the good thing about the Terada-made Gretches, is that they're made by hand, and are all unique... but the bad thing is that they're made by hand, and all are unique. (So I gather it is definitely best to play one first.) Your's really does sound wonderful, looks like it's a good fit for you.

Mike,
Thanks man.
It was a lifelong dream to own a Falcon. I ended up selling an old VW bus that I had restored (and then a very old guy drove into the front, argh!)I never got around to putting the bus right again and one day I looked at it and thought "there's my Falcon money" and sold it. Never looked back, I love this guitar and would otherwise not probably have been able to afford it or justify the expense.

That Falcon is one badass ax!

I purchased a Gretcsh Electromatic 5420 about a year ago and have been very pleased with it. It's certainly not on par with a Falcon but alot of bang for the buck imho.

Here's a new song that will be on our next record.
Kind of Duke Ellington meets The Simpsons meets some 50's Spy Flick
Hope you enjoy it.
