It's in the same place as it was in the old site. However now it is in a pull-down menu with some other useful functions. On the main forum index page, it's on the upper right above the list of forums. It reads "Show topics with unread posts." Then there would be a orange flag next to the threads that had new posts since my last visit. If I clicked on the orange flag, it would take me to the first post of the new ones added to that thread. Now there is a word (new) next to the thread. I click on it, and it doesn't do anything. I can't believe it, but in the 5 years we had that software, I never once clicked on one of those orange icons. I always used the link in the upper right. The brain, not the mouse. It always takes me a while to get comfortable with a new interface. The change of colors alone makes my mind reel ... It is is cute, though, and I will adapt. You can add "But the webmaster does not!" to your signature. Top

I put in an experimental change such that the "new" icon will take you to the first unread post (when it is displayed in front of a topic/thread). I habitually hit the link to the last/most recent post in the thread. Then like a hamster on the wheel, I was automatic - hitting the page up keys to see if I had read the previous post(s). windmill Joined: Mar 22, 2006 Posts: 269	Posted on Mar 12 2011 04:48 PM Hello Brian The feature the OP was after isn't exactly replicated on the "Topics with unread posts" On the old forum a list of the topics posted on since the last visit would come up ie "Posts since last visit" The new "TWUP" brings up every topic that you haven't read since the start of the forum. The old one was time based and would limit the threads to only those since your last visit. As a weekly visitor it was a convenient way of keeping up to date.
