They're fast becoming my favorite surf band. I just keep listening to Sonic Bullets, Dumb Loud Hollow Twang and Dark Wave over and over. It's a sickness!
It's always a little weird when my wife asks what I'm listening to. "The Bambi Molesters, honey." "The WHAT?"

Same here. My wife really likes it, but always asks who it is.

They are indeed fantastic. Dalibor pokes his head in here every now and then. I constantly keep them on the rotation. I don't think I included them in my top ten must-have list post a while back, but that was mostly because I keep all of their albums in regular rotation at all times, and that would've taken up four of the ten slots.

I'm listening to Intensity! quite a lot lately. It has some very jolly tracks but also some magnificently powerful sound-scapes like High Wall _and _Invasion of the Reverb Snatchers.

I think their latest album is the best. To me, it feels like a band who is really coming into their own and expressing themselves honestly as musicians. That is to say, I feel that album IS the Bambi Molesters, save for the covers on that album...
Sonic Bullets is really great as well.

I think Sean Berry is currently working on the next issue of The Continental which should be out next month and which will feature a LENGTHY interview (over 9000 words) I did with Dalibor last summer. I think this will be required reading for all the fans of the band. I certainly learned a lot of really cool stuff about the band during this interview. Look for it!

I hope their are suprises like dinko admitting that his major influence is Yngwie but he tones it down while playing with BM...
P.S. ok.. that just cracked me up a little... thinking of them with a scalloped neck JM, EMG's and a big ass stack behind em...
