Thanks for the feedback from all - glad to play your great music and if I can bring attention to your recordings or events, I am glad to do it. The Reverb Hour felt so good on Saturday, really was in a zone... Also found a version of Latin Soul - just recently a topic of conversation here on SG101 - by the Manatees on a KFJC comp. Thanks for the kind words, Ferenc. The Surf Battle Cd/DVD has been available as a fundraiser gift. We will probably start selling them at KFJC co-presents in the next month or two. Nice to think of you listening, Jeff. Thanks! A friend stopped by - he's a guitarist but knows little about surf music. He couldn't get over Los Belkings. He loved their sound. That made me appreciate them more. |
