Hey all SG101'ers -
(sorta) long-time lurker, first time poster.
I'm Tony, I play bass for SPF-4 (http://www.myspace.com/spf4)
So for my first post on SG101 I am not posting about SPF-4
I am re-posting something from the NESMA group:

Subject: Visit The Fathoms on Myspace
Hiya folks -
I have been setting up a quick myspace page for Frankie and the guys:
http://www.myspace.com/thefathoms
There was a band from Canada that had the '/thefathoms' URL, but since they were defunct and had changed their name after some lineup changes, I emailed them and asked if they would give up the account, which they graciously agreed to do. (which is why you'll notice it says they have been 'Members since November 2004', and probably also why it says their profile has had like 3000+ plays... I am looking into ways of resetting that and putting the current date etc).
For now, it's mostly me admin'ing the site until Frankie gets a little more used to this whole interweb thing (c'mon, he's old school, man! ), and I will progressively be making changes, improvements, uploading videos, etc to the page...also plan on setting up some way for Frankie to sell some CD's directly from this Myspace page.... so for now it's just a basic page, but it'll grow.
If you have any pics/videos, etc of the band and you don't mind sharing them, you can email to me at this email address. (brew_bastard 'AT' yahoo.com)
As an added bonus there will finally be a place where all of us fans can go to find out where and when The Fathoms are playing ! ! ! !
So go check it out and add The Fathoms as a friend so they don't feel so lonely out there (haha)... put up some comments (maybe about a great Fathoms show you have seen?) and send a msg to Frankie saying hi.
I know a lot of the SG101'ers are big fans of The Fathoms, so I figured I would re-post here.
Thanks -
Tony/SPF-4
