Hello friends!
I will be traveling from Denver to Seattle to check out the Surfer Joe show on October 12th.
If you saw Ken's post about Reverb International Magazine, we're starting some interviews and Surfer Joe has kindly agreed.
Do you have any questions you'd like me to ask him? They can be the type of question that would apply to any musician or something specific/unique to Lorenzo.
Bonus points for the unique questions!!
If the interview turns out well, I'll submit it to Ken. It will also appear in my currenty-unamed fanzine. You have a couple of opportunities for your input to be shared with the surf music community.

- What is his songwriting process?
- Gear Rundown: What gear does he use/take on the road? In the studio when recording?
- I loved The Kilaueas and Surfer Joe Play The Astronauts. Are there any other collaborations or tributes you'd like to do?

And also why are so many bands say it’s almost impossible to tour for a surf band, but you are just touring?

I'd be interested in knowing more about how he co-runs Surfy Industries, how they develop new effects and what products might be in store for the near future.

I'd be interested to know his methodology for recording as a 'one-man band. In what order does he lay down parts etc?
Also, gear and methods for recording bass and drum (not just guitar)
