There's already been a bunch of chatter on SG101 about the upcoming shows in Seattle on December 3 and 4. Of course, we are very excited to be making the trip, and playing with all our old friends.
On Saturday, during the day, we'll be going in to Evan Foster's No Count studio to record a couple songs.

I am tag teaming with Pollo Del Mar and Frankie and the Pool Boys gigs this summer. Tomorrow, 6/28, the Pool Boys play with THE BOMBORAS at The Ivy Room in Albany CA. When was the The Bomboras last Bay Area appearance? At the Fillmore perhaps???

The last Bay Area Bomboras show that I remember was the Incredibly Strange Wrestling show at the Fillmore with Satan’s Pilgrims in the 90’s.

I believe they did that in LA also,

The last time I saw The Bomboras was at Incredibly Strange Wrestling, too. BUT, I got the story from them last night-- their last Bay Area show was at the Bottom of the Hill 9in 99?), and they broke up after that show.

Frankie and the Pool Boys have a new album, "Endless Drummer" coming out, with a release date of May 1. Our record release show will be at the Forbidden Island in Alameda- with some very special guests sitting in!
The vinyl, CD and digital download is currently available at Bandcamp.
Double Crown will add the CD to their catalog on May 1.

I don't know how to mail the vinyl to Europe, it's now insanely expensive!
I sent a CD to England and it was $21 in minimal packaging.
