I also thank you for posting this, Tim. It was great to hear Eddie talk casually about so many different things. Smile

Round wounds, who knew?

Yes, I told you Eddie would settle in once and for all. If anyone asks again, Eddie will likely throw a lightening bolt at them. Was thinking today about the good times we had with Eddie on one of your visits.

This, and all his comments about speakers. I would love to have been at the show when everyone rushed the stage to ask what was in the cab. Imagine being the first audience to hear that sound and know you hadn't heard anything like it before?

I expect Dario to get a bunch of new enquiries.

What a great treat, especially from those of us who never caught the original radio broadcast. Thank you so very much, Tim.
Cheers

very nice ,thanks for posting that

This was a great portrait of Eddie the man in his own words. Many thanks to all those that made this video possible

What a modest guy for someone of his stature. A really huge thanks for posting this, Tim. (And great work Tena, you're a excellent interviewer!)

On tomorrow's radio show, I'm going to replay the entire two-hour show featuring Eddie Bertrand, Tiki Tena myself and Rick Wilkinson might say a few things. It originally aired on Dec. 6, 2007. The interview portion of the show with Eddie and Tiki Tena can be viewed by visiting the first post of this thread. I thought you might like to hear the whole show, which is basically Tena and me playing a lot of her favorite songs. Check it out on KCR radio from San Diego State Univ. from 3-5pm (pacific coast time).
www.kcrlive.com KCR is live and the shows are NOT archived. The show (recording) is property of KCR and that is why I'm replaying it from the studio and not on the podcast.

Enjoy...

I was reminded by Maxx Kominsky that today is the second anniversary of Eddie's passing. It seems like it was only yesterday. I thought I'd bump this interview in honor of Eddie.

I've watched the interview several times. I've always enjoyed it. The interaction among all was enjoyable.
