I have my usual work issues (I can't take weekends off May - September), but I may see if I can take that Saturday off, fly down that morning and fly back that night. Nah, I have a great job - I'm at a whale watching/passenger ferry company in Bellingham, WA, and we just run the boats May - September when the weather's good and the whales are in the area. I get "weekends", but they are on Wednesdays/Thursdays each week. I run the office on Saturdays/Sundays, which is why I can't leave those days. There's pluses to it - the family and I can go camping or hiking in the middle of the week and not have to deal with crowds of people. I actually like my schedule, other than not being able to get to the SG101 fest and a few other things here and there. —Sean Surf CD's / Vinyl / Fanzines / DVD's |
