This is indeed fantastic and we can't wait to meet up with the whole bunch of you SG101'ers. Or at least those of you who will attend the Convention and the gigs around this event.

Now the real SG101 question is: 'what El Ray songs do you want to hear'?

El Twitter
El Ray
El Ray on Bandcamp
El Twang on YouTube

This line-up is great! I'm glad everything worked out for the Euro bands.

Way to go Jeff, another Home Run! I can't believe how lucky we are here in So Cal to have something like this, and a guy like Jeff to put it all together. image
See ya there!!

Sweet.... The wife said I could come this year!!!! Big Grin

May be attending IF this coincides with my friends wedding out there. I think he is getting married some where close to this fest, date wise.

That is a stellar lineup!

Congrats Jeff, definitely a great job! I will plan my tickets soon to be there this year too. It is as usual THE occasion to meet friends so far away.

The following weekend Aug. 16th to 19th,
Tiki Oasis will be happening in San Diego,
and is going to be a Spy theme event.

The lineup hasn't been announced yet, but I have heard some rumors,
and that is going to be a not to miss event.

So hopefully some of you can do both weekend events back to back.

I have my usual work issues (I can't take weekends off May - September), but I may see if I can take that Saturday off, fly down that morning and fly back that night. Airfare from Seattle is cheap - it'd just be a LONG, LONG day, but would be a blast! I'll have a talk with the boss and see if it's doable.

Nah, I have a great job - I'm at a whale watching/passenger ferry company in Bellingham, WA, and we just run the boats May - September when the weather's good and the whales are in the area. I get "weekends", but they are on Wednesdays/Thursdays each week. I run the office on Saturdays/Sundays, which is why I can't leave those days. There's pluses to it - the family and I can go camping or hiking in the middle of the week and not have to deal with crowds of people. I actually like my schedule, other than not being able to get to the SG101 fest and a few other things here and there.
