I'm was working on 2 songs, but heard Slacktone's version of Hawaii 5-0 and have to learn it. I know H5-0 by the ventures, but find dave's version outrageous! Oh the other 2 songs...bikini drag and rosarito 3 day (very challenging to say the least!!! Oh so many great songs to learn.

You must tab Rosarito, Howard. I have the first 2 riffs and the rest I just can't figure out. It has stumped me for a long time - maybe I just need to try harder.

We are working on Nitro (mainly speed acuracy) and we are trying to make a surf version of James Brown's night train (this second cover can be glorious or a complete disaster)

Sometimes when a song frustrates me and can't get the hang of it, I walk away from it and not listen to it at all until about 1-2 weeks later and then get a fresh listen. Sometimes it helps alot or just give up!

I just got a rudimentary Mr. Moto down pat and I'm about the proudest so-and-so you'll ever run into.
I'm working on Man...or Astro-Man?'s Cowboy Playing Dead right now.

Cleaning up the bass line for Surf Report's "Bluff Failure". Have the basics down...just need to figure out some of the fills.

i'm learning the Glasgow Tiki Shakers' tune..."Captain Fishsticks" from their 'New California Surf Music' CD. I wish it was called something else but....we don't have a PA system so we don't have to introduce the songs anyway!!

Dawn Patrol is a cool song. Martin Cilia has the tab for this one on the website and the whole cd available for backing tracks.

do you like fishsticks
....that's a good one!!...now let me try and remember the last fishstick i had....hmmm....was some time ago on the mainland i believe....no but, i wish that one was called "Pele's Tears" it's a real nice ballad and i would then be able to scream the title at gigs with pride!!
"here's Pele's Tears by the Glasgow Tiki Shakers" would sound much better than..."here's captain fishsticks by the Glasgow Tiki Shakers"....ha ha!! what am i doing?????? it's a great little tune and i'll force the words out!!
Over here we have more "fish on a stick" than "fishsticks"....there i've said it.
(they would probably rather i didn't do their song now!!)

Currently working on The Penetrator's "Guns Don't Argue" as we speak, got my guitar, headphones and a cold Lone Star.
I've got all the lead parts down, but I'm not very good at identifying chords, can anybody help me out on that part?

1) Penetration
2) Man Of Mystery
3) The Wedge. Just trying to get the fingering down on this one for the "someday" when I can actually play it.
