An original tune called "Into The West." Spag western surf, of course. Last one for a home-made album I'm working on. — |

There will NEVER be enough time! I'm retired, and still have waaay more songs that I want to learn than there is time to do so. Hey, JetBlue...thanks for directing me to yet another band that I was not familiar with. "The Fathoms" are GREAT! I'm liking "She's The One" a lot. I haven't been able to find a sample of "Piranha" - might you have a link? Lots of other Fathom songs on YouTube, though. |

I too love that song. That is something I will need to work on after I relearn how to put strings on my guitar. —Sean |

Hey Rob, it's on their CD "Fathomless". I haven't found a vid. Believe me, I've tried. No doubt in my mind that you'd enjoy their CDs! —Don |

Paddle or Die by the Surge. I can't get that tune outta my head. It'll also fit in nicely within one of our sets. — |

Working on Dimension 66 again. Pretty close to playing it at speed....working on cleaning up and adding some of the fill that I hadn't quite gotten. —Will "You're done, once you're a surfer you're done. You're in. It's like the mob or something. You're not getting out." - Kelly Slater |

Post that when you get it done! The movie was OK, but Marty Stuart's soundtrack was great. |

My 2 year old daughter is really into SpongeBob right now,and we have been watching it pretty much nonstop for a while, and I have been trying to figure out that song that plays during the MuscleBob Buffpants episode. I think it is by the Woodies, but I could be mistaken. Anyone know what that song is called, and who it is by? |

That may very well be Mel Waldorf's song aka The Meltones. I know he has some on Spongebob. http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/meltones —Danny Snyder Playing keys and guitar with Combo Tezeta Formerly a guitarist in The TomorrowMen and Meshugga Beach Party Latest surf project - Now That's What I Call SURF |

Wow! Thanks Danny! I'm going to buy that CD. My daughter will love it. There is this one song when SpongBob is trying to stop Sandy from entering him into the anchor throwing contest, and he can't move because his arm is held down by a glass of juice. She absolutely loves that song, and dances to it. I have a lot of it down now. I just wish I could figure out who plays it. I heard it on the aol free radio, but I don't remember who it was. |

I'm trying to tab the Ventures version of House of the Rising Sun. I got the basic notes of the verse down and have been improvising here and there. Next is the solo. |
