Ohsyrus, What was the exact URL to this JM bridge, mustang-style with 4
adjustable saddles? I'm looking on their site and I dont see any reference
to JMs.

Well--they obfuscate their URI's so, you have to follow the
instructions I posted previously. You have to click on the J-Master
body shape icon--that will take you to a page dedicated to JM/Jag
stuff. Like I said, they don't include it in their regular hardware
link.

Nevermind...I found it and already ordered one. I'll let you know if its
really worth twice as much as a regular mustang bridge.

I ordered one. Initially, I ordered the standard replacement. Then, I
spent an hour adjusting the height of the strings on my JM and
noticed that the bridge is far too global a mechanism for setting
string height. Finding a global position that works for all strings
leaves some strings too high, IMHO.
So I called em back and said, give me the modified bridge. I asked em
why so high. They said its the amount of detail involved in drilling
out and threading the set screws. That's like, 5 bucks per saddle. I
checked with a local machine shop, and they wanted an hourly rate
that broke down to about 10 bucks per saddle, so, i regard the
Warmoth bridge a pretty good deal. The machine shop said that
threading tiny holes on a barrel is a tricky business.
