Introducing Myself

ask and I might tell... (ckb_1962) - 05 Nov 2004 15:42:30

Hi -
I'm new to this group. I post on Harmony Central quite a bit
though...Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Chris Brown.
I've been playing guitar for 28 years and tinkering with guitars for
about the last 18 years. I've recently opened my website dedicated
to custom built kit and Frankenstein guitars, custom wired
pickguards, etc. I also sell Kent Armstrong pickups and TonePros
products at competative prices. At this time, this is a part-time
venture for me and I am only set up to do business within the
continental United States. I currently have 4 guitars under
construction - 2 kits and 2 Frankensteins and will have them posted
for sale on my website once they are completed, set-up, & QC'd!
Regards,
Chris

Hi Miller -
No, I haven't done any advertising other than the web
at this point. Thank you for mentioning that one!

Chris

Hi Chris,
I have a pair of Kent Armstrong Lipsticks in my custom Surfmaster guitar. I
really like
Kent's pups, and seeing that they have Strat-sized versions of the lipsticks
made me
stoked to upgrade my Chinese strat surf guitar I made (see photos under
"guitars").
Anyway, good luck with your business. The Strat body with perloid pickguard and
lipsticks
looks like a great combination. Classy, retro cool.
