I am proud to announce: EDDIE ANGEL, guitarist for LOS STRAITJACKETS and THE
NEANDERTHALS (and many other offshoots), talked to me outside the Western Saloon
in Calella Spain during the recent WIPE OUT FESTIVAL. Eddie was kind enough to
spend a few minutes with me, bringing us up-to-date and expressing his views on
the music scene. Not included in the interview was a separate discussion after
THE NEANDERTHALS performance wherein Eddie remarked to me personally, "I HAVE
MADE A CAREER OUT OF BEING UNSTEADY!" Obviously that was a special moment for
me. So, Eddie thanks again -- and I hope the listeners to TWANG SHEBANG enjoy
this.
