I started my own Yahoo Group
maybe we can have some of you people join up ??
looking for fans of all forms of music with that distinctive "twang"
growing tired of the narrow-mindedness of some of these "fan sites" b/c the
contributors there seem to have such a tight focus that one cannot expand their
consciousness about all the amazing music "out there"
THIS IS AN OPEN FORUM - SPEAK FREELY ON ANYTHING YOU WANT
my quest is to, of course, make surf music a more "mainstream" genre -- and I
think whatever I am doing, I am doing right -- the "wave" I find myself on right
now is personally amazing....overwhelmed at all the international new friends I
have made, and, I am told, the impact I seem to be having on the surf music
scene in general
I am keeping my ego out of this, and just instilling the joy and the passion I
feel
my Internet Radio Show on www.myrealbroadcast.com is seeking to do the same
thing
so that's why I chose to name the Yahoo Group TWANG SHEBANG, after my "show"
this twang-drenched path I am on is so personally rewarding, my soul is spinning
with delight
hope that others will tag along
let's have fun
after all that's what it's all about, ain't it?
some people are taking this way too seriously
maybe I should start another Yahoo Group, called GET A LIFE ? just a
thought......
