After listening to the experts here, I've decided to go
with the real deal and get the CIJ RI Jag. The "cheaper
alternatives" just aren't going to give me what I want.
There seems to be an awful lot of colors though...
I've seen:
Lake Placid Blue
Fiesta Red
Candy Apple Red
Olympic White
Sunburst w/Red Perloid PG
Sunburst w/Brown shell PG
Shell Pink
Coral Blue
Any others?
Hey check this page out. It has most of the current
colors listed.

Those are nice Jags, especially the ones with the painted headstocks. My
Japanese is not so good, is this a selling site? The prices are purdy good.

Surf Green w/matching headstock
USA Blonde
Burgandy Mist(stay away from the Jag burgandy mist. The Jazzmaster
color looks fine but something is wrong with the jags color.

Yeah Marty, that's a site from Ishibashi Music in
Japan, a retailer that will ship to the U.S. They're
where most people order their new MIJ stuff from.
They site is kind of convoluted though and seems to be
hosted from several different places when you're
trying to find English translations.
