Whelp,
Here's some more Ventures news.
I just now watched Billy Bob Thorton being interviewed on my local T.V. morning
show and one of the interviewers, that ex-View airhead Debbie Matinopolis (sp?),
mentioned that he had a recording studio and that he recently played with the
"Avengers" to which Billy Bob quickly corrected her and said, "No, The
Ventures!" He said that he has an album coming out soon and the Ventures play on
one track. They even previewed the track! It's not too good IMHO. It does sound
very much like the Ventures in the background with Billy Bob singing some kinda
trite vocal on top.

Billy Bob endorses the Wilson Guitar line so that explains the guys
helping him.
