2002 New England Longboard Classic
Sunday, June 9th, 2002 at 10 AM
Nantasket Beach in Hull, MA.
(past Clarion Hotel near northern brick bathhouse)
Entry Fee - $25.00 ($35.00 at the beach)
Contest limited to first 100 entrants
Price includes:
-Contest admission
-Paddleboard Race (if no waves)
-New England Longboard Classic embroidered tee shirt to first 60 entrants
-Sunset Party including sandwich buffet at The Red Parrot Restaurant
-Awards and Prizes
-Live Band - (authors note: IT'S THE NEBULAS LIVE!!!!!)
Men's Divisions:
-under 21
-21-39
-30-39
-40 and over
Women:
-all ages
This will be a low-key, non-ego-motivated gathering of old friends and
new, riding longboards (in whatever waves are breaking that day) for good
fun!!!
NO FINALS - NO PRESSURE - JUST STOKE!!!

AUTHORS NOTE: I was talking to Chick, one of the fellas running this event,
and the prize and ward list is unbelievable! There are actually wetsuits for
prizes!
The Nebulas will be rocking the awards party afterwards. Shame will be on
you if you have the chance to come and miss it.
