nylon flatwound strings

troublewithtreble - 18 Jul 2004 15:35:28: Does anybody have experience with nylon flatwound strings for bass?
Can anyone give me an estimation of how much I can increase the
gauge (it's a short scale) before I get myself into neck tension
trouble?
