but there's BREAKING NEWS --- another UPDATE regarding " UNSTEADY FREDDIE'S
'SURF-ROCK SHINDIG' " at THE CORAL ROOM July 15th
I already announced the date change from July 14th to July 15th at the request
of THE CORAL ROOM -- no problem, UNSTEADY FREDDIE is happy to oblige!
I just got home late, only to learn that THE CLAMS will not be able to appear at
"UNSTEADY FREDDIE'S SURF-ROCK SHINDIG" on the 15th of July
Tough news....but that's cool....and as they say, THE SHOW MUST GO ON!!
So kiddies, here's the deal:
THE SUPERTONES, troopers that they are, will AGAIN be the FEATURED LIVE
SURF-ROCK BAND FOR THE ENTIRE EVENING!!! The result in the end: a win-win
situation!!
GOD BLESS THE SUPERTONES !!
The "SURF-ROCK SHINDIG" is scheduled for 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm
THE SUPERTONES WILL PLAY 2 SETS !!
And all for just $5.00 !!!
Now, don't make me beg -- instead (for now) I will ask nicely:
PLEASE COME OUT AND SUPPORT THE "SURF-ROCK SHINDIG" BECAUSE YOUR ATTENDANCE
HELPS ME TO KEEP THIS "VENTURE" (YEAH, PUN INTENDED) GOING ON A MONTHLY BASIS
MAKE THE EFFORT -- STOP IN AND CONTRIBUTE TO MAKING A REAL "SPLASH" ON THE LIVE
MUSIC SCENE IN NEW YORK CITY

Welcome Kristena,
The Members of the Surf Guitar 101 , and other Surf Related E-
groups such as (Cowabunga, Reverborama) are located all over the
world. Alot are in the USA, and mostly in California, and the East
Coast. But with the invention of the internet and e-groups. It's alot
easier for us all to comunicate and announce surf related shows/cd's/
news.

Coral Room is. I live in California. It's a nice group, though.
