While reviewing the traffic logs for the web site, I noticed the
following page:
Russian surf fans are keeping track of Ferenc, The Surf Coasters,
The Madiera, The Nebulas, The Urban Surf Kings, Dick Dale, and more.
The sad part is, I took 3 semesters of Russian in college, and I
can't read most of it. Still, very cool!
It is also interesting to note that 29% of the traffic to the site
was from Japan in the month of May. Hmmm...Surf Coasters fans?

PS There was a miscommunication with the wife and I uploaded the
wrong set of Indy pictures to www.surfguitar101.com yesterday. The
problem has been corrected. The pictures are basically the same, but
smaller in file size, and are cropped better.

Babelfish didn't work for me...I'll have to get out my college textbook.
Anyway, that page is part of a larger site, apparently made by The
Vivisectors. I think Mike (?) from The Vivisectors used to be on this list
(hello Mike...)
They have rather detailed info on a ton of bands, all done in Russian. Great
job Vivisectors!

Thanks, Brian. It is only the beginning of our work. It will be pages
in English, mp3s of russian 60' surf bands, pages of unknown modern russian
surf bands, reviews etc... It will be also surfmusic radio show at
russian radio station Arsenal.
