I've finally rounded up all the parts (I hope) to
build a 6G15 clone, and I'm working on laying out the
parts. I'm not out to make an exact copy, but I'm not
going to change too much either, in hopes of keeping
things quiet. I have a nice collection of gut shots of
6G15 units (thanks, Dick!), but I've never seen a shot
of the top of the chassis, where the choke, output
transformer and cap can are mounted. Anyone out there
have any pics that show this?
Sorry to take up bandwidth with such geeky requests,
but there's not many reverb junkies in the DIY amp
builder forums.

Hey Ric!
I'll send you a shot of the back of my 6G15 clone off-list, you can see the
location of the trannys and choke. If anyone else is enterested, I could post
it to the "Photos" section - just trying to save some group storage space.

Sorry guys - I was in a hurry, I guess . . . "enterested"? Great Scott! My
first grade spelling teacher would be very upset with me . . .

Hi Dick,
I'm also cloning a 6G15 'Verb. Would definitely be "enterested" in chassis
and wiring pics.

Oh boy! Now I'm not even writing any text before I send messages!
Since there seems to be some interest out there, I posted a bunch of 6G15
circuit pictures (most are vintage Fender tanks, but there are a few clones in
there, too) in the "Files" section - it's called "6G15.doc". I collected these
from various places on the Internet while I was building my own 6G15 circuit.
Hopefully, they will be helpful to others who are building their own.

Ric,
Look on eBay and search for some units there. They (more than
likely) will have chassis shots that may help. My $0.02. JWL
