Ferenc, Brian, all,
I really want to come up for this show.Actually most of the shows,
but not all unfortuneatly. I'm hoping my back starts to feel better,
and I'll be there. It really bothers me just sitting in my truck
driving to and from work for a half hour. I can't think what it'll
feel like for 7 plus hours. But I'm crossing my fingers. And I hope
to meet up with ya Brian. If I go, I'll probably get to brookdale
around 3 or 4 pm.
As for the cds. We have a few at my work, and have had almost all
of them at one time so they should still be in the data base.
Check with Amazon.com, or CD Quest.com, they buy through us,and have
all our stock titles on their systems. But thay are way pricey.
I gottem for wholesale -10percent, and still payed between 16 and 26
dollars. I've seen some in stores for as much as 39 dollars.
But definetly buy them from the band if you come out.
And for directions to Brookdale form S.F. It's up in the Hills
above Santa Cruz. Depending on what time you get out there. I would
suggest going over to the coast, then down Highway 1 to Santa Cruz.
Then take Highway 9 up into the mountains. it's abouta halfhour or so
north of S.C. But if your on a bit of a time line. Take 101 south,
to 92 west, over to the 280 south, down into Saratoga/San Jose area.
Then go south on the 17(south) a short bit, and then go west on the 9
and into the area from the back side. I drove out that way (to the
Phil Dirt Studios) from there after the Slacktone/
Submersian show last Oct. and it was a great drive thru the Mountains.
There is also a turn off for the 236 that does a little loop thru
the Big Basin Redwoods State Park, that if you just drive it without
stopping will probably add about a halfhour or so.
I suggest gettin a map, I had a Thomas Guide Ca. state map for all
my trips up north, and they proved most usefull.
I suppose you could look it up on Mapquest, but don't know how
detailed it would be.
Hope to see ya up there man, if not you know I'm tied up in knots.
