I agree,the Ghastly ones were one of the great bands around.I saw
them in Las Vegas at one of The Grinds.Thruthfully,I thought they
were the best band of the many that play played those 3 nights.
I also saw the Now last September at the Las Vegas Rockaround.Again
really good but not as good as the Ghastly ones.
Dr.Lehos gets some mighty good tone out of his Mosrite.He told me
he built the guitar working with the guy that used to run the
Mosrite factory or something like that.This was back at the Grind in
2000 and I don't remember too well.They had the Ghastly ones logo on
the headstock of their Mosrites in the same script as the Ventures
logo.Very cool...........................Maui
