longhorn bass question

What is the difference between a Danelectro longhorn and a Jerry
Jones longhorn?

Price is the big one. The Jerry Jones are more expensive, but, from
what I understand, much better quality (though I played on of JJ's
Coral Sitars, and didn't notice much difference). Danelectro does
not make the Longhorn's anymore, but you can still buy them on
EBay. The bridge on the Dano is rosewood (like the originals),
while the bridge on JJ's is metal, and intonatable. I prefer the
rosewood bridge for it's authentic sound.
