Under-tones Photos

kahunatikiman - 07 Feb 2004 17:46:54

Last Saturday night, during a snowstorm, our band, The Under-tones,
played their first show. Sure, it was in the drummers basement, but
we had a great time, and the 45 people that showed up had fun, too.
Not bad for a cold Colorado night!
I just added a couple of photos to the photos section - they are
at the end.
This Forum is great....

We played a mix of new and old, all covers. A few Astronauts
tunes, some Dick Dale, all of the "classics". We played 27 songs
(Pipeline and The Wedge twice) It was great fun!
Up next, a few more live shows and maybe an opening spot for Dick
Dale in May! Hopefully our GOOD friend Bolder Bobb will help us get
a spot for that show. It would be the perfect Colorado Surf Night.
Under-tones, Bob's band- (The Beloved Invaders), then Dick Dale. A
lifelong dream come true - at least for me.
Thanks for showing an interest Brian...
Chris
