This isn't 100% surf guitar related, but I don't feel like joining another
list, just to ask one question.
So, the question.
I'm using a newer Marshall, and when I play my danelectro baritone guitar
with a fuzz pedal, sometimes the sound seems to compress. I mean compress
as an adjective to describe the sound, not as the actual effect. Is this
supposed to happen? It dosen't happen when I'm using high gain settings, on
the amp itself, just with the pedal and baritone combination. This has
NOTHING to do with heavy metal, just for the record. I was going for a
octave-fuzz kind of effect.
