astronauts version// Satan' Pilgrims had 3 guitars

bigtikidude - 06 Apr 2002 10:20:02

-Brian,
In case you haven't heard them, pick up everthin by Satan's Pilgrims
They had the same tripple guitar attack. Saw them 3 times, almost
wet myself. I was like damn, more is better. Even their last self
titled disc is fantastic, even though they only had 2 guitars on it.
P.S. I picked up a 2 fer of Astronauts stuff last night for the
one instro on it, "Out of Limits", and was very let down, but will
keep it just for the hell of it. But I recomend everyone to stay
awat from their vocal stuff like the Plague. I had Bad nighmares
after 23 songs of their vocals.(AAAGGGHHHH!!!)

Hey Jeff,
Yes I am a Satan's Pilgrims fan. I have their self-titled release out on
Musick (2 guitars) and have several comps with them on it. But I don't have
any albums of theirs from their 3 guitar lineup. Whats a good one to get?
I've had my eye on Creature Feature for a while after listening to some
sound clips.
I assume they are broken up? Their web-site went under quite some time ago.
Thanks,
BN
